Hunny Collection PK runs an online clothing and accessories store in Pakistan. This page explains what information we take from you, why we need it, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order, we ask only for what is needed to deliver the parcel to you:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• Your delivery address
• Your email address, only if you create an account

We do not ask for and do not store any bank account, debit card or credit card numbers. Orders are paid in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information such as the pages you open, the device and browser you use, and the approximate city you visit from. We use Google Analytics for this. It tells us which products people are interested in. It does not identify you personally.

You can stop this collection at any time by using your browser's Do Not Track setting or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Why we use your information

• To pack and deliver your order
• To confirm your order and share a tracking number on WhatsApp or by call
• To handle exchanges, returns and complaints
• To tell you about new arrivals or offers, only if you have agreed to receive them

Who we share it with

Your name, mobile number and address are shared with the courier company that delivers your parcel, because delivery is not possible otherwise. That is the only sharing that happens.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to any other business, advertiser or individual. If a court or a government authority in Pakistan legally requires us to provide information, we will comply with that requirement.

Cookies

Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We use them to remember what is in your shopping cart and to keep you signed in to your account. You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings, but the cart may then stop working correctly.

How long we keep your information

Order records are kept for two years so we can handle exchange or warranty claims and keep our own accounts in order. After that they are deleted.

Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your account, or stop sending you promotional messages. Message us on WhatsApp and we will action it within seven days.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the new date will appear at the top of this page.
